QUALIFIED CHANGE

As Chapter President our Taxation Chapter 2595 has seen an increase of over 120 new members since December 2005. We have also increased our meeting membership attendance ten fold and our Steward representation is up from 2 to 12 active Union members who have processed and assisted in the filing of over 100 grievances.

We believe in Contract enforcement and in order to properly maintain our growing activism I have established with the undying assistance of all the Chapter leadership and members a high tech approach to organizing and overseeing our agency issues and union functions.

By electing me to the State Board of Directors I can bring the same concepts of:

  Establishment of an Email communication system for Board members and Leaders.

    Use of Digital storage of all Union documents for information security and access.

    Assistance in the upgrading of modern technical procedures and processes.

    Proper representation to all 36,000 plus Union members.

     Ongoing communication of Rights, Responsibilities and Duties of the elected leadership.

Your vote this June will allow me to bring my experience as a Network Service Tech and a former Tax Agent to the State Board of Directors. Our Union is truly in need of change from the past practice of political agendas and social seminars.

It is past due for our elected representatives to:

Lead by example-eliminate politics- committees should work for the members

Represent ALL members in All Agencies- equal rights for all Agencies

Enforce the Contract- It's our careers
